I. Information Related to the Product Itself

(I) Specification Parameters

Single Core Cable Al includes specifications such as 1×50mm², 70mm², 95mm², 120mm², 185mm², 240mm², and 300mm². All parameters are accurately adapted to medium and low-voltage power transmission scenarios.
Current-carrying capacity is one of its core performance parameters. In a standard laying environment (temperature 25°C, laid in the air), the current-carrying capacity of 50mm² cables is approximately 110-130A; 70mm² is about 135-155A; 95mm² is around 165-185A; 120mm² is roughly 190-210A; 185mm² is about 240-260A; 240mm² is approximately 280-300A; 300mm² is about 320-340A. In the environment of direct burial in soil, due to changes in heat dissipation conditions, the current-carrying capacity needs to be multiplied by a correction factor of about 0.9; when the ambient temperature exceeds 30°C, the correction factor is adjusted to 0.85-0.9.
The outer diameters of cables with different specifications vary. The outer diameter of 50mm² cables is about 20-24mm; 70mm² is about 22-26mm; 95mm² is approximately 25-29mm; 120mm² is roughly 28-32mm; 185mm² is about 35-39mm; 240mm² is approximately 40-44mm; 300mm² is about 45-49mm. Such outer diameter sizes can adapt to different laying space requirements such as pipe threading and direct burial. Its rated voltage is 0.6/1kV, which meets the medium and low-voltage power transmission standards. The DC resistance of the Aluminium Conductor is strictly controlled. At 20°C, the DC resistance per kilometer of 50mm² cables is not more than 0.387Ω; 70mm² is not more than 0.277Ω; 95mm² is not more than 0.206Ω; 120mm² is not more than 0.162Ω; 185mm² is not more than 0.106Ω; 240mm² is not more than 0.080Ω; 300mm² is not more than 0.064Ω, effectively reducing energy loss during transmission.

(II) Characteristic Uses

With different specifications and performance advantages, this cable plays an important role in various medium and low-voltage power transmission scenarios.
Small-sized (50-95mm²) cables are suitable for small equipment power supply and branch lines. In factories, 50mm² cables can be connected to small machine tools, water pumps and other equipment to provide stable power for them; 70mm² Cables can be used as power supply lines for small fans, conveyor belts and other equipment in the workshop; 95mm² cables can be used for power distribution in small factory warehouses to meet the power demand of warehouse lighting and ventilation equipment. In shops, 50mm² cables are suitable for independent power distribution in small retail stores, supplying power to lighting, cash registers and other equipment; 70mm² and 95mm² cables can be used for power supply of kitchen equipment in medium-sized restaurants, such as refrigerators and ovens.
Medium-sized (120-185mm²) cables are suitable for building main branches and medium-sized production lines. In office buildings, 120mm² cables can be used as main branch lines from the main power distribution to each floor, centrally supplying power to equipment such as air conditioners and lighting in the floor; 185mm² cables can meet the power distribution needs of high floors in large office buildings, coping with the total power consumption of more office equipment. In medium-sized production lines, 120mm² cables can be connected to the entire medium-sized assembly production line, and 185mm² cables can supply power to medium-sized production lines with heating, stirring and other devices.
Large-sized (240-300mm²) cables are suitable for large industrial equipment and park main lines. In large industrial equipment, 240mm² cables can be used for power supply of large compressors, injection molding machines and other equipment, and 300mm² cables can meet the power demand of high-power equipment such as large rolling mills and forging equipment. In industrial parks, 240mm² cables can be used as main lines for a certain area in the park, connecting the area's power distribution room with various enterprises; 300mm² cables can be used as main lines for the entire industrial park, accessing the park's main power distribution room from the external power grid, and then the main power distribution room distributes power.
In addition, this cable is also applicable to power distribution of some civil facilities. In residential communities, 120mm² cables can be used as main branches in the community, connecting the community's main power distribution and the power distribution of each building; 185mm² cables can meet the power distribution needs of core areas in large residential communities.

(III) Material and Style

In terms of material selection and style design, the cable fully combines the needs of medium and low-voltage transmission, achieving the unity of performance and practicability.
In terms of materials, the conductor is made of high-purity aluminium with a purity of more than 99.5%. High-purity aluminium has good conductivity and can transmit power stably. At the same time, it has the characteristic of being lightweight, with a density of only about 1/3 of that of copper, which greatly reduces the weight of the cable, reduces transportation and installation costs during laying, and is convenient for laying operations in narrow spaces or at high altitudes.
The insulation layer usually uses XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material, which has excellent temperature resistance and insulation. The long-term working temperature can reach 90°C, and it can withstand higher temperatures during short-term overload, which is not easy to age. It has high insulation resistance, can effectively isolate current, prevent electric leakage accidents, and has good chemical stability, which is not easy to be affected by moisture, dust and slight corrosive substances in the environment.
The outer sheath is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material, which has good wear resistance, weather resistance and mechanical strength. It can protect the internal insulation layer and conductor from friction, extrusion and other damages during laying, resist the erosion of natural factors such as sunlight and rain, and extend the service life of the cable.
In terms of style, it is a single-core design, and the core color is usually red or brown for easy identification. The overall shape is cylindrical with a smooth surface. Cables of different specifications have obvious differences in thickness and can be intuitively distinguished by appearance. The surface of the cable is clearly printed with marks such as model, specification, rated voltage and manufacturer, which is convenient for construction and later maintenance. The outer sheath has a uniform texture without obvious bubbles or bulges, ensuring stable protective performance.

(IV) Production Process

The production process of this cable is carried out around performance and quality requirements, with each process strictly controlled to ensure that the product meets relevant standards.
The production of aluminium conductors is a basic link. High-purity aluminium rods are selected, and the aluminium rods are drawn into Aluminium Wires with a diameter suitable for the corresponding specification through a continuous wire drawing process. During the wire drawing process, the wire drawing speed and die precision are controlled to ensure uniform diameter of the aluminium wires. Subsequently, multiple aluminium wires are stranded to form a single-core conductor. During stranding, the tension is kept uniform to enhance the mechanical strength and conductivity of the conductor, and the stranding pitch is controlled within a reasonable range to ensure the stability of the conductor structure.
The insulation extrusion link is crucial. The XLPE material is put into an extruder, heated and melted at a temperature of 120-150°C, and uniformly coated on the surface of the aluminium conductor through a precision mold to form an insulation layer. The thickness of the insulation layer of cables with different specifications is different. The insulation layer thickness of 50-95mm² cables is about 1.5-2.0mm; 120-185mm² is about 2.0-2.5mm; 240-300mm² is about 2.5-3.0mm. During the extrusion process, an online thickness gauge is used to monitor the thickness of the insulation layer in real time to ensure that the deviation does not exceed ±0.1mm. After that, the insulation layer is cross-linked, and the XLPE molecules form a three-dimensional network structure through steam cross-linking to improve temperature resistance and insulation strength.
Outer sheath extrusion is the last protective process. The PVC material is heated to 160-180°C in an extruder to melt and uniformly coated on the insulation layer. The thickness of the outer sheath of cables with different specifications is different. 50-95mm² is about 1.5-2.0mm; 120-185mm² is about 2.0-2.5mm; 240-300mm² is about 2.5-3.0mm. After extrusion, it is quickly cooled and shaped in a cold water tank to make the sheath closely adhere to the insulation layer. During the production process, each batch of cables needs to undergo insulation resistance testing, voltage withstand testing (applying 3kV voltage for 5 minutes without breakdown) and other tests to ensure that the product quality is qualified.

II. General Product Information

(I) Packaging

The packaging of this cable focuses on protecting the cable from damage during transportation and storage, and the packaging method is designed in combination with the characteristics of different specifications.
For long-length cables (100 meters and above) of 50-95mm², wooden cable reels are used for packaging. The wooden reels are made of pine wood, with a load-bearing capacity of not less than 600kg and a reel surface diameter of about 1.0-1.2m. The cables are neatly wound on the wooden reels, and the winding tension is controlled at 70-90N to avoid structural deformation due to over-tightening or looseness due to over-loosening. Both sides of the wooden reel are equipped with baffles with a thickness of 25mm, and rubber buffer strips are added at the edges of the baffles to prevent the cable from colliding with the baffles during transportation. The outer layer of the cable is wrapped with a moisture-proof wrapping film with a thickness of 0.07mm and a winding overlap rate of 50%, which can effectively isolate moisture and dust. The surface of the wooden reel is printed with model, length, weight, production batch number and other information with waterproof ink, and pasted with warning signs such as "Up" and "Anti-pressure".
Long-length cables (100 meters and above) of 120-185mm² are packaged with wooden cable reels. The load-bearing capacity of the wooden reels is not less than 1000kg, and the reel surface diameter is about 1.5-1.8m. The load-bearing capacity of the wooden reels for long-length cables (100 meters and above) of 240-300mm² is not less than 1500kg, and the reel surface diameter is about 1.8-2.0m. Other packaging details are similar to those of small-sized cables.
Short-length cables (10-50 meters) are packaged in high-strength cartons. The cartons are made of corrugated paper with a thickness of 8mm, and a 6mm thick pearl cotton buffer layer is laid inside. 50-95mm² cables are coiled into a disc with a diameter of about 40cm, 120-185mm² cables are coiled into a disc with a diameter of about 50cm, and 240-300mm² cables are coiled into a disc with a diameter of about 60cm, which are fixed in the cartons with strapping to avoid shaking during transportation. 1-2 bags of desiccant (80-120g per bag) are placed in the cartons to prevent the cables from getting damp. Product information and transportation warning signs are printed on the outside of the cartons, and hand holes are opened on the side for easy handling.
Packaging materials meet environmental protection requirements, and wooden packaging has been fumigated to meet export quarantine standards. All packages have passed the drop test (no damage when dropped from a height of 1.2m) and pressure test (withstand 400kg pressure for 2 hours without deformation) before leaving the factory to ensure transportation safety.

(II) Transportation

The transportation of this cable combines the weight and size of different specifications, selects appropriate transportation methods and takes protective measures.
Short-distance transportation (within 300 kilometers) is carried out by truck. 50-95mm² cables use small trucks, with anti-skid rubber pads laid in the carriage, with a thickness of 10mm and a friction coefficient of not less than 0.8. A single truck can load 10-15 wooden reels; 120-185mm² cables use medium-sized trucks, and a single truck can load 6-10 wooden reels; 240-300mm² cables use large trucks, and a single truck can load 4-6 wooden reels. When loading, wooden partitions are used to separate the wooden reels, with a partition thickness of 20mm to prevent collision.
Long-distance transportation (more than 300 kilometers) uses railway freight or long-distance trucks. For railway transportation, steel wire ropes are used to fix the wooden reels on the load-bearing frame of the freight carriage, and rubber pads are set at the fixed points to avoid damage to the wooden reels by the steel wire ropes. The diameter of the steel wire rope is not less than 10mm, and each wooden reel is provided with at least 4 fixed points. Long-distance truck transportation is similar to short-distance transportation, but the fixing strength needs to be increased to ensure the stability of the wooden reels during transportation.
During transportation, in rainy days, the cables need to be covered with rainproof cloth. The rainproof cloth is made of waterproof canvas with a thickness of 0.5mm. The edges hang down to the bottom of the carriage and are compacted to prevent rainwater from seeping in. In high-temperature weather, avoid long-term exposure of cables to the sun. A sunshade can be installed on the top of the carriage to control the temperature in the carriage not to exceed 40°C. When transporting in low-temperature weather (below 0°C), if the cable needs to be unloaded in a low-temperature environment, preheat the cable in advance to avoid the sheath from becoming brittle and damaged due to low temperature.
Forklifts or cranes are used for loading and unloading. Short-length 50-95mm² cables can be handled manually, and long-length and large-sized cables need to use forklifts or cranes. The length of the forklift arm is adapted to the size of the wooden reel, and the diameter of the crane's lifting rope is not less than 12mm. During loading and unloading, the inclination angle of the cable reel does not exceed 15° to avoid the cable slipping.

(III) Delivery

The delivery process of this cable is standardized to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
After the order is confirmed, the sales staff checks the product model, specification, quantity, delivery address, delivery time and other information with the customer within 2 hours. After confirmation, an order number is generated and entered into the system. At the same time, check the customer's payment status, and arrange stock preparation after collecting the advance payment (usually 30% of the total amount) according to the contract agreement.
Warehouse managers retrieve the inventory according to the order, and transfer it to the inspection area after checking that the cable identification is consistent with the order information. Quality inspectors conduct random inspections on the appearance of the cables (no damage to the sheath, clear identification), insulation resistance (measured with a 2500V megohmmeter not less than 1000MΩ), and length (error not exceeding ±0.5%). After passing the random inspection, an outgoing inspection report is issued.
The stock preparation cycle depends on the specification and quantity. For conventional specifications with a small quantity, stock preparation can be completed within 1-2 working days; for large specifications or large quantities, it can be completed within 3-4 working days. Logistics specialists select the optimal transportation method according to the delivery address, confirm the delivery time window with the customer (accurate to one day), and notify the customer of the arrival information 48 hours in advance, including the license plate number of the transport vehicle, the driver's contact information, the estimated arrival time, and the equipment required for unloading.
After delivery, the location of the goods is tracked in real time through the logistics management system, and the transportation progress information is pushed to the customer every 6 hours. In case of delays due to traffic control, bad weather, etc., communicate with the customer immediately and provide solutions (such as changing the transportation route, urgently allocating spare goods). After the goods are delivered, assist the customer in checking the quantity and appearance. After confirmation, the customer signs for receipt, and the receipt is uploaded to the system for archiving in real time.

This cable provides sample services to help customers understand product performance.
Customers can apply for samples through online application on the official website, phone calls, emails, etc., stating the required specifications, quantity (usually 1-2 meters) and purpose (such as testing, project trial). When applying, it is necessary to provide information such as company name, contact person, contact information, and project name. Sample
applications will receive a response within 1 working day.
Samples are cut from mass-produced qualified products, retaining the complete structure. Both ends are sealed with insulating caps to prevent the core from getting damp and damaged. A sample label is attached to the samples, indicating product model, specification, production batch number, cutting date and other information, as well as a copy of the product test report and product manual.
Samples are sent by express. The packaging uses rigid plastic tubes (50-95mm² samples use plastic tubes with a diameter of 50mm, 120-185mm² samples use plastic tubes with a diameter of 60mm, 240-300mm² samples use plastic tubes with a diameter of 80mm). The samples are placed in the tubes, and both ends are fixed with foam plugs to prevent bending during transportation. The express waybill is marked with "Sample", "Valuable Item" and "Handle with Care", and the next-day or second-day delivery service is selected to ensure that the samples are delivered within 48-72 hours. Samples are provided free of charge, and the express fee is to be paid by the customer.
Sample tracking service is attentive. After the samples are sent, the customer is sent the express waybill number, logistics query link and contact information of the tracking person. Within 3 working days after the customer receives the samples, the sales staff will make a return visit to understand the sample usage and answer relevant questions (such as testing items, laying precautions, etc.). If the customer needs further performance testing (such as flame retardancy testing, current-carrying capacity testing), guidance on testing methods and relevant technical parameters can be provided.

(V) After-sales Service

The after-sales service system of this cable is sound, providing customers with full-cycle support to ensure the normal use and maintenance of the cable.
In terms of quality assurance, the product warranty period is 2 years, starting from the date of customer signature. Within the warranty period, if the cable fails due to its own quality problems (such as insulation layer breakdown, sheath cracking, etc.), the customer can apply for after-sales service with the purchase contract, fault photos and test reports. After receiving the application, the after-sales specialist will respond within 2 hours and arrange for technical personnel to arrive at the site for testing within 48 hours. After confirming the quality problem, new cables will be provided to the customer free of charge, and the round-trip transportation costs and on-site replacement labor costs will be borne.
The technical support team is composed of engineers with more than 5 years of experience, providing 7×24-hour consulting services. When customers are in the cable selection stage, engineers provide selection suggestions and current-carrying capacity calculation tables according to transmission power, laying environment (such as whether to thread pipes, soil type, etc.) and safety requirements; during laying, on-site guidance can be provided, such as laying depth (not less than 0.7 meters for direct burial), bending radius (not less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable), etc.; during use, they answer questions about maintenance, such as regular inspection cycles (recommended once a year), inspection items (insulation resistance, sheath appearance, etc.), and cleaning methods.
Maintenance services are for cables that have exceeded the warranty period. After on-site inspection by technical personnel, maintenance plans and cost quotations are provided, and maintenance is carried out after customer confirmation. Maintenance contents include sheath repair, insulation layer repair, etc., and a 6-month warranty is provided after maintenance. For cables that cannot be repaired, a trade-in service can be provided, and old cables are recycled at a discount based on weight and condition, with the discount ratio being 10%-20% of the price of new cables.
The regular return visit mechanism is normalized. When customers use the cable for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years, after-sales personnel will conduct return visits, including telephone return visits and on-site visits (for large projects), record the cable operation status, changes in the laying environment, etc., and collect customer opinions and suggestions. Product and service optimization is carried out based on return visit data. For example, in response to the problem of easy wear of the sheath in the laying environment reflected by customers in a certain area, the wear resistance of the sheath of cables supplied to that area is enhanced in subsequent production. At the same time, the electronic version of the "Single Core Aluminium Cable Maintenance Manual" and related maintenance videos are pushed to customers to provide professional maintenance knowledge.
