1. The loading and unloading of cables must be carried out using cranes or forklifts, and flat transportation and placement are prohibited to prevent cables from being damaged by external forces or scratched by manual dragging. Large scale electricityDuring cable installation, a cable car must be used to avoid unauthorized operations and rough construction.
2. All installation sites should be free of accumulated water to prevent moisture from entering the cables during installation and operation, which may affect their normal use.
3. Before construction, the cable ends must be sealed and protected to prevent water ingress and erosion from other corrosive materials, which can cause rusting and discoloration of steel and copper strips, as well as aging of the conductor's oxide insulation layer leading to breakdown.
4. When installing cables parallel to thermal pipelines, a distance of 2m should be maintained, and when crossing, a distance of 0.5m should be maintained. When installing cables parallel or intersecting with other pipelines, a distance of 0.5m should be maintained. When installing cables directly, the burial depth of 1-35KV cables should not be less than 0.7m.
5. When parallel installation of cables of 10KV and below, the clear distance between each other shall not be less than 0.1m, and for 10-35KV, it shall not be less than 0.25m; When crossing, the distance should not be less than 0.5m
6. The temperature for cable laying shall not be lower than 0 ℃, and the bending radius of the cable must be greater than or equal to 20 times the diameter of the cable.
7. 6KV and above cable joints
(1) When installing cable terminations, the semi conductive shielding layer must be removed, and the insulation must not be damaged during operation. Knife marks and unevenness should be avoided
(2) The shielding and armor of the copper strip at the end of the plastic insulated cable must be well grounded to avoid induction electric force and even"ignition" and burning of the sheath during three-phase unbalanced operation. The grounding lead wire should be made of tinned braided copper wire, and should be soldered with a soldering iron when connected to the copper strip of the cable. It is not recommended to use a spray lamp for sealing to avoid damaging the insulation.
(3) The three-phase copper strip shielding should be connected to the ground wire separately. Note that the shielding ground wire and the armor ground wire should be led out separately and insulated from each other. The position of the welding ground wire should be as low as possible.
8. A certain requirement for cable ends and intermediate joints: a. Good conductor connection; B Reliable insulation; C has good sealing; D has sufficient mechanical strength to adapt to various operating conditions. When the cable cannot be laid in a timely manner due to some reasons, it should be stored in a dry place to prevent the cable head from being exposed to sunlight and water, which may cause the cable to short-circuit, the conductor to oxidize, and other materials to rust, affecting the service life of the cable.Attention: The installation of wires and cables should be carried out by installation personnel or dedicated technical personnel who are familiar with the performance of wires and cables. If there are still unclear matters, please consult the relevant technical department or our company's technical department.
