    This paper elaborates on the Vvg, Avvg, and Yjlv series of 1kV low-voltage cables, covering three core specifications: 4X240mm², 3X240mm², and 3X185mm². These cables share the features of circular compacted stranded aluminum conductors and PVC insulation layers, widely applicable to low-voltage distribution systems in industrial, commercial, and municipal fields.​ In terms of conductor design, after being processed by compacted stranding technology, the aluminum material has a conductor filling density of over 90%, which not only enhances mechanical strength to withstand tensile and bending stresses during laying but also significantly reduces power loss caused by the skin effect. Compared with traditional aluminum conductors, their conductivity is closer to that of copper conductors, while the cost is only about 60% of copper conductors, ensuring transmission efficiency while significantly improving economy.​ The insulation layer is made of high-purity PVC material, which, after modification with a special formula, can withstand a long-term temperature of up to 70℃ and a short-term overload temperature of 90℃. In complex environments such as humid soil and dusty workshops, it can effectively resist moisture penetration and chemical erosion. The insulation resistance remains stable above 1000MΩ, ensuring safe transmission at the 1kV voltage level and eliminating the risk of electric leakage and short circuits.​ In terms of application scenarios, the 4X240mm² specification, which includes a neutral wire, is suitable for three-phase four-wire industrial plant main distribution systems. It can provide continuous power for high-power equipment such as large production lines and heavy machinery, with a long-term current-carrying capacity of 350A. The 3X240mm² specification is mostly used for power trunk lines in large commercial buildings, such as the main incoming cables of shopping malls and office buildings, with a current-carrying capacity equivalent to that of 4X240mm², meeting centralized power demand. The 3X185mm² specification has a current-carrying capacity of about 250A, making it more suitable for medium-load scenarios, such as shopping mall floor branch lines, municipal street lamp systems, and power distribution in small and medium-sized factory workshops.​ The overall cable adopts a compact structural design, with an outer diameter 10%-15% smaller than traditional cables, which not only saves laying space but also improves wear resistance. It can be laid in various flexible ways, such as direct burial underground, pipe embedding in walls or bridges, or overhead installation, adapting to the needs of different installation environments. Whether for stable power supply in industrial production or continuous electricity use in commercial places, this series of cables can provide an efficient, safe, and economical low-voltage distribution solution.​
