The U1000 R2V RO2V cable is a general-purpose power transmission cable with stable performance, mainly available in two core specifications: 31.5 and 3G1.5. Among them, "31.5" clearly indicates a 3-core structure, with each core conductor having a cross-sectional area of 1.5mm²; in "3G1.5", "3G" also represents a 3-core design, and "1.5" corresponds to a conductor cross-sectional area of 1.5mm². Although the two specifications have slightly different expressions, their core parameters are consistent and can be flexibly selected according to the labeling habits of specific scenarios.​ The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper with a copper content of over 99.9%. It not only has excellent electrical conductivity with a conductivity of over 58MS/m, which can effectively reduce losses during current transmission and lower the risk of line heating, but also has good ductility and oxidation resistance, adapting to bending and environmental changes during long-term use. Both the insulation layer and outer sheath of the cable are made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. The insulation layer has a uniform thickness and an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ, which can withstand insulation tests under an AC voltage of 500V, effectively preventing electric leakage accidents. The sheath layer has excellent wear resistance and acid-alkali corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable performance in an ambient temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃, adapting to various complex working conditions such as dry, humid, and dusty environments.​ The cable design balances flexibility and practicality, with a moderate wire diameter and good flexibility, making it easy to lay in narrow spaces such as building walls and pipes.
