    Bulk copper wires in the 250-750 MCM range, available in THHN and XHHW types with a rated voltage of 600V, are designed specifically for heating systems and power transmission scenarios, and support flexible cutting by the foot. They demonstrate excellent adaptability and reliability in high-load circuits of industrial, commercial, and large-scale buildings.​ In terms of specifications, the 250-750 MCM wire gauge range covers medium to high-power transmission needs. The 250 MCM wire has a conductor cross-sectional area of approximately 50.5mm², with a DC resistance of no more than 0.078Ω/km at room temperature and a current-carrying capacity of up to 310A, suitable for power input of medium-sized industrial equipment and control circuits of district heating pipelines. The 750 MCM wire has a cross-sectional area of about 152mm², a DC resistance as low as 0.026Ω/km, and a current-carrying capacity of up to 600A, meeting the main circuit transmission requirements of large power stations and high-pressure heating boilers. The rated voltage of 600V can stably cope with voltage fluctuations of industrial-grade equipment, providing sufficient safety margin for continuous high-load operation.​ The two types have their own characteristics: THHN wires use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation, which has good oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for dry or humid industrial environments, with high installation flexibility, and can be laid in pipes or exposed. XHHW wires, on the other hand, use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, with a higher temperature resistance level (long-term operating temperature of 90℃, up to 250℃ in case of short circuit) and excellent anti-aging performance, especially suitable for wiring in high-temperature heating systems such as boiler rooms and thermal stations.​ In terms of characteristic applications, this series of wires is the core transmission carrier of industrial heating systems. In the steam pipeline heating control loops of large chemical plants, 250-500 MCM THHN wires can stably connect temperature control equipment and heating elements, withstanding oil pollution and humidity during equipment operation. In the waste heat recovery systems of coal-fired power plants, XHHW wires, with their high-temperature resistance, can work for a long time in high-temperature environments near boilers, ensuring power supply for heat conversion devices.​ In the field of power transmission, 750 MCM XHHW wires are often used in the main distribution trunks of commercial complexes, connecting substations and low-voltage distribution cabinets to undertake the power distribution task of the entire building. 250 MCM THHN wires are suitable for power supply circuits of high-power equipment such as central air conditioning units and elevator group control systems in large shopping malls, ensuring stable current during equipment startup and operation.​ Supporting cutting by the foot is a significant advantage, which can accurately cut lengths according to actual engineering needs, reducing material waste. For example, in the equipment transformation of factory production lines, there is no need to pay extra costs for excess length of wires; in the circuit laying of building floors, it can flexibly match the wiring distance of different areas, improving construction efficiency.​ In addition, both types use high-purity electrolytic copper as conductors, with excellent conductivity, which can reduce energy loss during transmission. The insulation materials of both types have passed UL certification and have flame-retardant properties, which can delay the spread of flames in fire accidents, buying time for personnel evacuation and equipment protection. The surface of the wire is printed with clear specification marks, model information, and meter markers, facilitating quick identification and cutting during construction, further optimizing the installation process.​ In summary, this series of large-size copper wires, with rich specification options, dual-type adaptation, and flexible cutting services, perfectly balances high-load transmission performance and scenario adaptability, making it an ideal wiring solution for industrial power and heating systems.
