    The 11kV XLPE PVC underground cable (models N2xs2y and Na2xs2y) is a single-core cable specifically designed for underground power transmission. It is available in two conductor specifications: 1X185mm² and 1X300mm², suitable for medium-voltage transmission scenarios at 11kV. It performs excellently in underground laying environments such as urban power grids, industrial parks, and municipal engineering.​ The conductor is made of high-purity copper, which has excellent electrical conductivity, effectively reducing energy loss during power transmission and ensuring efficient power transmission. The 1X185mm² specification is suitable for underground lines with medium current loads, such as branch circuits of urban distribution networks and underground power supply in small industrial areas. The 1X300mm² specification can carry larger currents, commonly used in main power supply underground cables for large industrial facilities, underground power collection lines of new energy projects (such as photovoltaic power stations and wind farms), etc. The single-core design reduces electromagnetic interference of multi-core cables and facilitates laying in narrow underground pipes or cable trenches, improving installation flexibility.​ The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material, which endows the cable with excellent electrical performance and durability. XLPE has extremely high insulation resistance and electrical strength, and can work stably under the rated voltage of 11kV, effectively isolating the conductor from the external environment and preventing faults such as leakage and breakdown. It has excellent temperature resistance, and can operate continuously in an environment of -40℃ to 90℃, and can withstand high temperatures of 130℃ during short-term overload, adapting to possible temperature fluctuations in the underground environment. In addition, XLPE has strong chemical stability, not easily eroded by acid-base substances and moisture in the soil, which greatly prolongs the service life of the cable and reduces maintenance costs.​ The outer sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which has good mechanical strength, wear resistance and moisture resistance, and can provide solid protection for the cable. In the underground environment, the cable may face challenges such as soil pressure, rock extrusion, and microbial erosion. The PVC sheath can effectively resist these external factors and protect the internal insulation layer and conductor from damage. At the same time, PVC material has certain flame retardant performance, meeting the safety standards of underground cables and reducing the risk of fire.​ The "N2xs2y" and "Na2xs2y" in the model represent the structural characteristics of the cable, which usually include copper tape shielding, inner lining and other designs. The shielding layer can evenly distribute the electric field, reduce insulation aging caused by electric field concentration, and play an electromagnetic shielding role, reducing interference to other underground communication lines or metal pipes.
