Through high temperature and high pressure, XLPE molecules form a three-dimensional network structure, thereby improving the temperature resistance, mechanical strength and insulation performance of the insulation layer, enabling it to work stably for a long time in the underground humid environment.
The outer PVC Sheath is also made by extrusion process. The PVC raw material is heated and melted, then extruded and coated on the outside of the XLPE insulation layer. During the extrusion process, process parameters are strictly controlled to ensure uniform thickness of the sheath, tight bonding with the insulation layer, and no bubbles or wrinkles. Anti-aging and corrosion-resistant additives are added to the production of PVC sheaths to further enhance their ability to adapt to the underground environment.
In the cabling process, the 4 Cores and the earth wire are arranged according to the specified structure and stranded by a cabling machine. Proper tension is maintained during stranding to ensure that the cable structure is compact and round. The cabled cable is cooled and solidified to make its structure more stable.
