1. Overview
This XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) Insulated Cable series is designed for 1500V DC systems, available in 16mm², 25mm², and 35mm² conductor sizes. Ideal for renewable energy, industrial equipment, and rail transit HVDC applications.
2. Key Features
High Voltage Resistance: XLPE insulation withstands 1500V DC, breakdown strength ≥25kV/mm.
Thermal Stability: 90℃ continuous operation, 250℃ short-circuit tolerance (5 sec).
Environmental Resistance: Moisture/UV/chemical proof for outdoor or underground installation.
Low Loss: Oxygen-free Copper Conductor with ≥98% conductivity.
