Core Material Composition
Conductor: All series adopt High-Performance Conductors, mainly high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%). Some models (such as Xmvk) use copper alloy conductors according to needs. The conductor has a multi-strand stranded structure. The 10-35mm² models are stranded with 19 strands of fine Copper Wires, and the 120-400mm² models are stranded with 37 or more strands, which not only ensures excellent conductive performance (conductivity ≥58MS/m) but also improves flexibility. The copper wires are annealed (400-450°C) with a smooth surface and no oxidation, reducing current transmission resistance.
Insulation Layer: Different models use suitable materials according to scene requirements. Low-voltage models such as N2xy and CV use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation with a thickness of 1.4-2.0mm, a long-term working temperature of 90°C, and a short-term overload temperature of up to 130°C, with excellent temperature resistance. The N2xh series is added with weather-resistant additives, and the insulation layer is resistant to ultraviolet aging, suitable for outdoor laying. Models such as Xmvk and Yxv-U use chemical corrosion-resistant Insulation Materials, which can resist erosion by oil stains and mild corrosive gases.
Sheath: Most low-voltage models use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheaths (thickness 1.2-2.0mm), with antioxidants and weathering agents added to improve anti-aging ability. The outdoor N2xh models use weather-resistant PVC or polyethylene (PE) sheaths, which are ultraviolet-resistant and have good waterproof performance. Medium-voltage models and Xmvk for special scenarios use tougher sheath materials with strong resistance to mechanical damage. Some models have sheaths added with flame retardants (oxygen index ≥30%), meeting flame retardant requirements.

Core Application Fields of Each Model
N2xy, CV: Suitable for power distribution trunk lines of industrial plants and low-voltage power distribution systems of commercial complexes. As the main line of power transmission, they can stably carry medium-power loads and are suitable for dry and ventilated indoor environments.
N2xh, N2xh-J: N2xh is suitable for outdoor power distribution scenarios, such as main lines of municipal road lighting and outgoing lines of outdoor substations. N2xh-J (medium-voltage model) can be used as a medium-voltage power distribution line in industrial parks to connect medium-voltage switch cabinets and transformers.
Xmvk: Suitable for industrial environments with oil stains or mild corrosion, such as power supply lines of equipment in machinery factories and chemical plants. Its chemical corrosion resistance can ensure long-term stable operation.
Yxv-U: Mostly used for power distribution lines in strong current shafts and underground garages of buildings. It has good mechanical strength and can adapt to concealed laying scenarios.

Key Production Processes
Conductor Stranding: A high-speed cage stranding machine is used, and stranding parameters are set according to the cross-sectional area and the number of strands to ensure that the conductor structure is tight and round. The Stranded Conductor is subjected to surface treatment to remove the oxide layer and impurities.
Insulation Extrusion: A special extruder is used for XLPE insulation, with the melting temperature controlled at 200-220°C, and the extrusion speed adjusted according to specifications (about 15m/min for the 120mm² model). An online thickness gauge is used to monitor the insulation thickness in real-time, with a deviation of ≤±0.1mm. For models with weather-resistant agents added, the proportion of additives is strictly controlled before extrusion to ensure uniform mixing.
Shielding Layer Treatment (Some Models): The semi-conductive shielding layer is made by extrusion or wrapping process, which is closely bonded with the insulation layer with a smooth interface and no gaps to avoid local electric field concentration.
Sheath Extrusion: Extrusion equipment is selected according to the sheath material. The extrusion temperature of PVC Sheath is 160-180°C, and that of PE sheath is about 180-200°C. After extrusion, it is shaped in a cooling water tank, and the cooling water temperature is gradually reduced (20-30°C) to avoid internal stress in the sheath due to temperature difference.

Transportation Specifications
Road Transportation: Use a fence truck. Place the cable reel flat and fix it, bind it to the carriage with steel wire ropes (put rubber pads at the contact points), and leave a 30cm gap between reels to prevent friction. The stacking height of cables packaged in paper tubes shall not exceed 3 layers, and buffer pads shall be placed between layers.
Railway/Maritime Transportation: Load according to transportation standards to ensure that the package is stable and avoid violent 颠簸. During maritime transportation, an additional waterproof cloth must be covered to prevent seawater erosion.
Loading and Unloading Requirements: When lifting, lift from the central hole of the cable reel. Oblique lifting or single-point lifting is prohibited. Cables packaged in paper tubes shall be handled with care to avoid falling.

Delivery Process
Order Processing: Conventional models (such as N2xy 120mm²) are in stock. After receiving the order, the inventory is confirmed and delivery is arranged within 24 hours. Special models or large specifications (such as 400mm²) require a 5-7 day production cycle, and customers are informed in advance.
Stock Preparation and Inspection: Before delivery, check the appearance and marks of the cable, randomly select samples to test insulation resistance and conductivity, and ensure they are consistent with the order.
Logistics Arrangement: Choose the transportation method according to the order quantity. Small batches are delivered by express, and large batches are transported by logistics special lines. After delivery, provide the logistics tracking number and tracking information for customers to inquire.

Problem Handling
Response Time: Respond within 2 hours during working hours (8:00-18:00) and within 4 hours during non-working hours to understand and record the details of the problem.
Solutions: Provide repair plans for minor problems (such as sheath scratches). For serious problems, determine the replacement or repair plan within 48 hours, and give priority to urgent orders.
On-site Support: When technical personnel need to be present, they will arrive in adjacent areas within 24 hours and in remote areas within 48 hours to assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
