Halogen-free low smoke flame retardant cable

This product is suitable for subways, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theaters, Power Stations, chemical factories, city squares and other public utilities with AC rated voltage of 0.6/1KV or below where cable flame retardant characteristics are high. The cable has a halogen-free, low smoke, low halogen-low smoke characteristics. When a fire occurs, it spreads slowly, has a low smoke concentration, high visibility, and a small amount of harmful gases, which facilitates personnel evacuation. The corrosion of combustion gases is low, and it also avoids damage to instruments and equipment. The low halogen and halogen-free properties greatly improve the cable material's aging resistance, UV resistance and other radiation resistance, thereby extending the service life of the cable.

1. Production implementation standards

Refer to relevant product standards (such as GB/T12706-2008, GB/T9330-2008) and GB/T19666-2005 standards.

2. Usage characteristics

1. Rated voltage U0/U 600/1000V and below

2. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable is 90℃;

3 The cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃. The recommended bending radius of the cable: halogen-free flame retardant Control cable, the bending radius of the cable with armored and copper-belt shielded structure shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Other structural cables: The bending radius is not less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;

Halogen-free flame-retardant Power Cable: The bending radius of a single-Core Cable is no less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable;

The bending radius of Multi-Core cable is not small and 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

   2. Interpretation of main noun terms

   Low smoke: Under the specified test conditions, the sample is heat decomposed or burned and emits less smoke, which meets the specified index characteristics.

   Halogen-free: Under the specified test conditions, the hydrogen halide gas released during the sample combustion is extremely small, which meets the characteristics of the specified indicators.

   Flame retardant: Under certain test conditions, the sample is burned, and after the fire source is removed, the spread of the flame is only within the specified range, and the residual flame or burn can be extinguished by itself within the specified time.
