In the conductor manufacturing link, high-quality copper rods or aluminum rods are selected and drawn into wires with the required diameter through a wire drawing process. During the wire drawing process, the drawing speed and temperature are strictly controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the wires. Insulation layer extrusion is one of the key processes. During the wrapping process, the tightness and uniformity of the armoured layer are ensured to achieve a good protective effect.
Finally, the outer sheath is extruded (if any). The outer sheath material is also strictly selected and extruded outside the armoured layer (or insulation layer) through an extruder to further enhance the protective performance of the cable. After production, the cable needs to undergo a series of strict tests, such as insulation resistance test, voltage withstand test and mechanical performance test, and only qualified products can leave the factory.

II. General Product Information

(I) Packaging

To ensure that the cable is not damaged during transportation and storage, the packaging design of this series of cables is scientific and reasonable.
Cables are usually packaged with wooden or iron reels. Wooden reels are made of hard and non-deformable wood and undergo drying treatment to prevent mildew and deformation due to moisture during storage and transportation. Iron reels are welded with high-strength steel, which is strong and durable, can bear a large weight, and is suitable for long-distance transportation and packaging of a large number of cables.
The length of each reel of cable varies according to the model and specification, usually 100 meters, 200 meters or 300 meters and other standard lengths. The outside of the package will be wrapped with a layer of waterproof plastic film to prevent rain and moisture from entering and protect the cable from moisture. For export products, corresponding English logos and certification marks will be marked according to export requirements.

(II) Transportation

There are strict specifications and requirements for the cable transportation link to ensure the quality of the cable during transportation.
The transportation method is selected according to the transportation distance and quantity. For short-distance transportation, truck transportation is generally used. The truck compartment must be kept clean and dry to avoid the cable from contacting sharp objects. During transportation, the cable reel should be fixed firmly to prevent rolling and collision. For long-distance transportation, railway or container transportation can be chosen. Railway transportation has good stability and is suitable for long-distance transportation of a large number of cables; container transportation can provide better protection for cables and avoid being affected by the external environment.
During transportation, the cable should be avoided from direct sunlight, rain and extreme temperatures. In high temperature in summer, sunshade treatment can be carried out on the cable; in low temperature in winter, it is necessary to prevent the cable from becoming brittle and damaged due to low temperature. When loading and unloading cables, special hoisting equipment must be used, and rough loading and unloading are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the cable reel and cable.

(III) Delivery
