1.Product Description

This product is suitable for AC rated voltage (Uo / U) 1/10kv power distribution grid system.

1kv insulated Overhead Line adopt GB/T12527-2008 & GB/T1179-2008 standard.

10kv Insulated Overhead Line adopt GB/T14049-2008 & GB/T1179-2008 standard.

JKYJ/J	JKLYJ/J	JKLGYJ/J	Aerial fixed laying lines,cables and trees should be set up to consider keeping a certain distance,during cable working,it is allowed to contact frequent with trees,allow low laying.

3.Operating characteristic

1)rated voltage 0.6/1kv,10kv

2)max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor:PVC insulated ≤70ºC.XLPE Insulated ≤90ºC.

3)during short circuit(lasting less than 5s),the maximum temperature of the cable:PVC insulated is 160ºC;

XLPE insulated should not exceed 250ºC.

4)laying temperature of cable should not less than -20ºC,cable should be preheated when below -20ºC.

5)bending radius:

-0.6/1kv

D<25mm,should not less than 4D;steel core( intensive) should not less than 6D.

D≥25mm,should not less than 6D;steel core(intensive) should not less than 10D.

-10kv

Single Core Cable should not less than 20D,steel core strand should not less than 25D.

Multi-Core cable should not less than 15D,steel core strand should not less 20D.
