Acyy / Acyy-F Low Voltage Electric Cable Three Phase 4 Core Cable Manufacturer with Aluminum Core Conductor
Acyy and Acyy-F low-voltage cables feature a three-phase four-core structure with aluminum core conductors. They are specially designed for low-voltage power systems and widely used in power distribution networks in industrial, civil, and commercial fields.
Aluminum core conductors offer good conductivity and cost-effectiveness, meeting transmission efficiency requirements while reducing overall costs, making them particularly suitable for large-scale laying scenarios. The three-phase four-core design includes three phase lines and one neutral line, which can stably transmit three-phase alternating current, adapting to three-phase equipment such as motors and transformers, and also meeting the power supply needs of single-phase electrical equipment.
The two models have slight differences in performance: Acyy cables are suitable for fixed laying in general environments, such as building walls and underground pipelines; Acyy-F cables have better weather resistance and flexibility, and can be used in humid, dusty environments or occasions requiring slight movement, such as outdoor temporary power supply and workshop equipment wiring. Both use standard-compliant insulation and sheath materials, with high insulation resistance and stable voltage resistance, enabling safe operation in low-voltage environments (usually 0.6/1kV and below).
In addition, this series of cables is easy to install, can be laid by direct burial, pipe threading, overhead, etc., and has low maintenance costs, making it a preferred low-voltage power distribution solution that balances performance and economy.
