This product is an industrial-specific power cable covering low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) scenarios, mainly divided into two series: LV PVC insulation and MV XLPE insulation. The conductor material offers two options: high-purity copper core and high-strength aluminum core. The conductor cross-sectional area covers the full range from 1mm² to 300mm², and custom special sizes are available according to customer needs. It has the advantages of wide adaptability, stable performance, and strong scenario compatibility, which can meet the diverse needs of power transmission, equipment power supply, and distribution network construction in industrial production, and is suitable for complex working conditions in machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, metallurgy, construction industry and other fields.​ In terms of insulation materials and voltage adaptation, the LV series adopts PVC (polyvinyl chloride) insulation material, which has good insulation performance, chemical corrosion resistance and processing economy. The rated voltage covers 0.6/1kV, suitable for industrial LV distribution systems, such as workshop lighting lines, power supply for small motors (power ≤50kW), and branch lines of LV distribution cabinets. The PVC insulation layer is specially modified, with a long-term operating temperature of up to 70℃ and a short-circuit withstand temperature (within 5 seconds) not exceeding 160℃. It can operate stably in normal temperature, dry or moderately humid environments, and the insulation layer has a smooth surface, facilitating laying and later maintenance. The MV series uses XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation material, which forms a three-dimensional network molecular structure through chemical cross-linking technology, significantly improving insulation strength, temperature resistance and aging resistance. The rated voltage covers 6kV, 10kV and 20kV, suitable for industrial MV power transmission scenarios, such as the main distribution trunk of large factories, power supply for high-voltage motors (power ≥100kW), and outgoing lines of factory substations. The XLPE insulation layer has a long-term operating temperature of up to 90℃ and a short-circuit withstand temperature of 250℃ (within 5 seconds). It also has low dielectric loss and low partial discharge, which can effectively reduce power loss and adapt to long-term high-load operation requirements.​ In terms of conductor material selection, the copper core conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%) through a multi-strand stranding process. It has high conductivity (≥98% IACS), low resistance, small power loss during current transmission, good flexibility, and can adapt to complex path laying, such as wiring in narrow spaces inside equipment and scenarios with small bending radii. The aluminum core conductor uses high-purity aluminum (aluminum content ≥99.7%) with trace alloying elements (such as magnesium and silicon) added, improving mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Its weight is only 1/3 of that of the copper core, and the cost is 30%-40% lower than that of the copper core. It is suitable for scenarios sensitive to cost, long laying distance (such as cross-workshop lines in factories) and weight requirements, such as long-distance distribution trunks in large industrial parks. Both conductors support the selection of soft state (annealed, suitable for frequent bending) or hard state (suitable for fixed laying) according to customer needs, further improving scenario adaptability.​ The cross-sectional area specifications cover 1mm²-300mm², and each range accurately matches different power and current requirements: small-specification cables of 1mm²-10mm² have a current-carrying capacity of 5A-60A, suitable for LV lighting, power supply for small instruments and meters, and control lines; medium-specification cables of 16mm²-70mm² have a current-carrying capacity of 80A-200A, suitable for power supply of LV medium-power equipment (such as 50kW-100kW motors) and branch lines of MV distribution cabinets; large-specification cables of 120mm²-300mm² have a current-carrying capacity of 250A-600A, suitable for power supply of MV high-power equipment, main distribution trunks of factories, and outgoing lines of large transformers. At the same time, the product supports customization of non-standard cross-sectional areas (such as 12mm², 185mm², etc.), special core counts (1-core, 2-core, 3-core, 4-core, 5-core) and sheath materials (such as flame-retardant PVC, oil-resistant rubber, low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin) to meet customers' personalized needs, such as oil-resistant cables for chemical workshops, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables for high-rise buildings, and wear-resistant sheath cables for mining scenarios.​ In terms of quality control and safety performance, the product strictly complies with GB/T 12706 (domestic standard) and IEC 60502 (international standard). Multiple tests are conducted during the production process: conductor resistance testing to ensure compliance with conductive performance standards, insulation withstand voltage testing (1.8kV/1min for LV, 2.5 times rated voltage/1min for MV) to verify insulation reliability, aging resistance testing (performance retention rate ≥80% after 1000 hours of damp heat aging) to ensure long-term stability, and flame retardant testing (in line with GB/T 18380) to meet fire safety requirements. In addition, the cable outer sheath can be added with an armor layer (steel tape armor, steel wire armor) according to needs to improve resistance to mechanical impact and extrusion, suitable for complex installation environments such as buried laying and cable tray laying, providing reliable hardware support for safe and stable power supply in industrial scenarios.
