This product is a 3-core and 4-core armored power cable specially designed for industrial and mining scenarios. The core conductor is made of high-purity copper wire, the insulation layer is made of XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material, the outer layer is equipped with a steel wire armored structure, and the conductor cross-sectional area covers specifications from 16mm² to 400mm². It is also compatible with solar power supply systems, featuring strong weather resistance, high mechanical strength and stable electrical conductivity. It can meet the power transmission needs under high voltage, high load and harsh environments in industrial production, mining and solar power generation systems.​ In terms of core structure and material selection, the conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (copper content ≥99.95%) through a multi-strand stranding process. This not only improves the flexibility of the conductor, facilitating wiring in complex scenarios, but also effectively reduces the skin effect and proximity effect during current transmission, minimizing power loss. The cross-sectional area range of 16mm² to 400mm² accurately matches different power requirements: the 16mm²-70mm² specification is suitable for the connection between solar photovoltaic panel strings and the power supply of small mining equipment (such as small ventilators and lighting systems); the 120mm²-240mm² specification can meet the power transmission of medium-sized motors in industrial workshops and from solar inverters to distribution cabinets; the large 250mm²-400mm² specification is suitable for large mining equipment in mines (such as roadheaders and crushers), the outgoing lines of industrial high-voltage distribution cabinets, and the main transmission lines from the centralized combiner box of solar power stations to the step-up station. It can stably carry high-load currents and avoid the risk of overheating due to overload.​ The insulation layer is made of XLPE material, which forms a three-dimensional network molecular structure after cross-linking treatment. Compared with traditional PVC insulation, it has better temperature resistance (long-term operating temperature from -40℃ to 90℃, and maximum short-circuit tolerance of 250℃), aging resistance and insulation strength. It can resist oil pollution, chemical corrosion in industrial environments, and moisture and dust erosion in underground mines. At the same time, in outdoor solar applications, it can effectively resist ultraviolet radiation and extend the service life of the cable. The outer steel wire armor is made of hot-dip galvanized high-carbon steel wire, processed by spiral winding or interlocking armoring technology. It can not only resist mechanical impact, extrusion and rock friction in underground mines, but also prevent damage to the cable caused by heavy object collision in industrial scenarios. In addition, the armor layer also has a certain ability to resist rodent and ant bites, further ensuring the operational safety of the cable in complex environments.​ In terms of scenario adaptability, for the industrial field, this cable can be used for power supply of power equipment in factory workshops, connection lines of high-voltage motors, and main transmission between workshops and factory distribution rooms, especially suitable for heavy industrial scenarios with mechanical vibration and oil pollution. In the mining field, whether it is the power supply of underground excavation faces, mining working faces, or the power transmission of above-ground mineral processing plants, its steel wire armored structure and XLPE insulation layer can easily cope with problems such as underground moisture, dust, roof collapse risks and ore friction, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the mine power supply system. In the solar field, this cable can be used as the string cable of photovoltaic power stations, the connection cable between inverters and combiner boxes, and the transmission cable from power stations to the power grid. The weather resistance and UV resistance of the XLPE insulation layer are suitable for long-term outdoor exposure and alternating high and low temperature environments. The cross-sectional area of 16mm²-400mm² can meet the current transmission needs of photovoltaic power stations of different scales. At the same time, the steel wire armor can protect the cable from mechanical damage during power station construction and operation and maintenance.​ In addition, the product strictly complies with GB/T 12706 (domestic standard) and IEC 60502 (international standard). During the production process, multiple quality control links are carried out, including conductor resistance testing, insulation withstand voltage testing, armor layer adhesion testing, and aging resistance testing, to ensure that each batch of products meets the safety standards of industrial and mining scenarios. At the same time, the cable supports customization of length, armored steel wire diameter and sheath color according to customer needs, further improving the adaptability of the product in different scenarios and providing reliable hardware support for stable power supply in industrial, mining and solar fields.
