The 450/750V Class 5 PVC insulated flexible copper cable is a high-performance cable specially designed for wiring of heating equipment. With excellent flexibility, stable electrical performance and good temperature resistance, it plays an important role in power transmission of various heating equipment.​ In terms of specification parameters, the cable belongs to Class 5 conductor structure, which is composed of multiple strands of extremely fine copper wires stranded together, usually with more than 100 strands, and the diameter of a single copper wire is about 0.1-0.2mm. This fine stranded structure endows the cable with excellent flexibility, with a minimum bending radius of 3-4 times the outer diameter of the cable, which can easily adapt to the complex wiring environment inside the heating equipment and realize flexible laying in narrow spaces.
